Pretty Peonies

The peonies are in full bloom here and omygosh are they ever pretty!  We’ve hit a lovely patch of weather over the past few days and I’ve been out photographing them.  Thought I would share some of my favorites…

I transplanted these to my mom’s yard from one of my own gardens over 15 years ago, and they just keep getting lovelier every year!

    Peonies are probably my favorite flower, I love the way they look and smell. Yours are truly gorgeous. Thanks for sharing these.

      Thanks so much Gordon, and you’re welcome, I’m glad you liked them. Oh yes, they do smell really amazing! I forgot to mention that. Except I don’t usually get too close to take a sniff because I’m paranoid about the ants crawling on them going up my nose. 😉
