Frosty Winter Sunrise

A frosty winter sunrise is of the coziest kind

snuggling under my blankets, dreams still floating through my mind.

All I know is comfort, all I feel is peace

soaking in the quietness of a world still fast asleep.

And as light brightens the horizon, hope begins to fill my heart

for a morning of such beauty, doth surely make a perfect start.

With our sub-zero temps here, my frosty windows really have been so very beautiful.  I love waking up and watching the sunrise through the frost, it makes me feel so cozy.

As with my excessive sharing of sunflower photos this past summer, I feel it my duty to stay true to form and inundate you now with frost photos.  😉   I’m sorry, I just can’t help myself, I’m simply so completely delighted in the beauty…

Spring, summer, fall, and even in winter… the exquisite beauty of nature never ceases to amaze me and fill my heart with gratitude.  ♥

      Haha well I’m pretty sure the “secret” has something to do with poorly insulated windows, so I don’t think you’d want that, but you could always move back up here to Minnesota and buy an old house. 😉
