I May Never Come Back Indoors Again

There are so many wonderful things going on outside right now, that I may never come back indoors!

Well, maybe just long enough to share a short post.  😉

I’ve been so in my element here over the past couple of weeks ~ just being able to be outdoors is such a pleasure, and to be gardening again… oh my, it’s absolute bliss to me.  It’s been a gradual process though, the weather being such a temperamental dictator, but I have to pace myself a little more these days anyways, so it all works out.  In thinking that it’s fairly safe to assume now that we’re finally done with the frost here, I went out yesterday and planted all of my vegetable seeds.  Hopefully everything I’ve planted grows up big and strong, and yummy.  I talked real sweetly to them, and prayed over them as I was putting them in, so all I can do now is wait.

I don’t really have any photos to share from all the planting I did, as I was mostly just focusing on enjoying myself in the moment, not taking pictures.  And besides, I didn’t think anyone would be real interested in just looking at dirt.

But afterwards, I did snap a picture of one of the pretty, little pink flowers that are blooming on the strawberry plants that I put into my happy, red strawberry pot…

And of the bright, colorful Gazania I planted in one of my other pots…

I also snapped a photo of a lovely pink tulip I found blooming in the flower bed…

And omygosh the crab apple tree out on our boulevard is pregnant with vibrant, colorful blossoms right now, it’s a stunning sight!  Although, I had a rather difficult time capturing a nice photo of it…

Also, the Lilacs are just about ready to bloom, as are the Lily of the Valley, and I can already smell their heavenly fragrances in the air!

So yep, outside right now it’s a literal feast for my senses.  And I intend to eat my fill of it!  😀
