I’ve got cukes outside after the month of May!  ♫

I was so excited to see this little cucumber blossom when I went out to the garden earlier!   The song My Girl by the Temptations came to mind immediately because it’s a cloudy morning here with scattered thunderstorms in the forecast for the day, but looking around the garden, all I see is sunshine.  Yellow = sunshine and there’s yellow everywhere…

And granted, I took these next two on a sunny day a couple of days ago, but ahh they’re so bright and lovely I had to include them…

Technically, Stella De Oro are more of an orange, but who’s being technical here?  Certainly not me.  😀

    As one who lives near Motown, I appreciate the Temps’ song, and I really enjoy the pics. Although I’m sitting in an office, I could picture myself outside in a garden. But then I realized it was just my imagination, running away with me.

      It was running through mine all day, and then later in the day the sun came out and it switched to “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles. 😀 Everything reminds me of a song! Hope you’re healing up well there my friend, sending my loves to you! ❤

      Thanks Trisha! I told you I had lots of yellow happening in the garden. 😉 It’s a color I’m very much appreciating right now too, it’s so cheerful, especially on a cloudy day or with a cloudy heart. We never did get the storms predicted for yesterday, but I think we’ll get hit with some this evening, some could be severe, so hopefully my little garden will be okay. You’re probably up and getting ready to head off for baseball right now, hope the rain holds off for you! And hope you have a nice weekend, Trisha. 🙂

      It really is such a good color isn’t it?! Yellow used to be my favorite color growing up, and it’s still one of my favorites because of how cheery it is. 🙂 It’s been wonderful to have you catch up today ~ I wish we really could have a cup of coffee together, truly. ❤ I am having a lovely weekend here, thanks so much, hope you are too!
