Sunny Snowflakes

Sunny snowflakes glimmer upon my window in the early morning light

Leaving remnants of nature’s frosty dreams during the cold winter’s night.

We’re having a snowy start to the day here this morning, but yesterday I awoke to a different sort of “snowflake.”  The frost on my bedroom windows was absolutely stunning, shimmering so beautifully in the rising sunlight!

It was just so very lovely…

Whatever the weather where you are, may your day be filled with lovely things too!  And with…

  5. That’s quite amazing Julie. It looks so hyper-real it could almost be fake! o_O Do you know what I mean though? It’s like when you see a perfectly formed aubergine or capsicum and think “how can that be real?”. Am I mad, or what? Hariod. ❤

    • Thanks so much Hariod! It really is amazing how the sunlight plays off of the frost like that. You could very well be mad, “but I’ll tell you a secret… all of the best people are. 😉
