Gently falling snow silently descends from winter skies
as feather light flurries twirl on the breeze, dancing like fuzzy little white faeries on their way to a winter festival
then alighting ever so softly upon the ground, gracing it with a cold, quiet beauty
while the earth lays asleep.

No photo to share with this one today, you’ll have to use your own imagination, as my camera just won’t do this beauty justice, and trying to snap one will only interrupt the peaceful moment of this gently falling snow.
Wishing you a wonderful day, filled with beauty and grace, and with…

Lovely. Same here…Have a wonderful Monday, Jewels.

OK, imagining snow flurries, We had our first snow last night so I don’t have to imagine too much. 🙂

about 3″ and we shut down! 🙂 Time to go play, but it’s bitterly cold.

Only 3″ and you shut down? Haha that’s kid stuff! 😉 It’s still coming down here, it’s the really light fluffy kind and I’m loving it so much! Get out there and play Brad, “bitterly cold?” Come on now… how cold could it really be down there? 🙂

OK coach. XD It is pretty cold, 20, and going to 9 tonight, but I’ll live. 🙂

Oh it’s only 20? That is quite nippy! Snuggle up and stay warm down there, my friend! 🙂

Thanks so much, Eliza! We’ve been a bit snow deprived here this winter, so even though I’m starting to get a little spring fever, I’m really enjoying this. It’s the big fluffy sort, like puffy cotton balls falling from the sky! 🙂

No photo necessary – your words describe it perfectly. Your work makes me LOVE winter and snow – and I’m not a fan of the season. Probably because I live in Finland. HA!

Thanks, Noora! Haha, not many people are fans of the winter season! I enjoy all the seasons, even winter, but it does tend to get rather long here. I love the snow, especially around the holidays, but we didn’t get much this year, so I don’t mind having some now. I must say though, I am starting to get a bit of spring fever about now as well…
