Autumn’s Table

Come my friends, come sit with me

at a table midst the autumn trees

We’ll feast on colors warm and bright

delicious views to whet our appetite

This scene begged me to pause and snap a photo of it while I was passing through a rest area on a road trip up to the North Shore earlier this fall.  A lovely spot for an autumn picnic, don’t you think?

    Picnics are like the air that fills balloons, they are the special events that fill our moments and bring such pleasure…The wonderful colors are such an added bonus.
