Witnessing the dawning of a new day always has a special way of bringing peace and fresh hope to my heart.   May your heart be filled with fresh hope today too, and may the light be shining bright…

    • Thanks Simon! I love that time of morning when the tree branches are dark against the sky as the sun is coming up. Although… these branches are a bit overly ‘messy’ 😉

  7. Gorgeous and brilliant photograph, Jewels! Happy Wednesday to you. I am needing to head to bed past midnight, dear. Hope all is well with daughter and baby to be. ♡ Tell them even when I am busy, they are in my prayers.

    • Thanks so much, Robin! Happy Wednesday to you too, hope you got some rest my friend. All is well with daughter and baby – I’m spending the day doing some shower planning with my sister and my cousin, and then this evening I’m going with my daughter to tour the Mother Baby Center at the hospital she plans to deliver at. 🙂 I will let her know that she and the baby are in your prayers, that is sincerely appreciated Robin! ❤

  8. Seeing a beautiful, colorful sunrise like you have in the photo above always brings me a feeling of peace and hope too, especially in the winter. I hope the light is shining brightly for you today!

    • It was a lovely sunrise to wake up to. Thanks Trisha, it’s very gray and gloomy here this morning weather-wise, but I’ve got some candles burning so that helps chase away the gloom, and my inner light is shining, so that helps too 😉 Hope the light shines bright for you today too, and that things are back in order over there with your carpeting project. 🙂

      • We’re back to gray, gloomy weather here too. It makes me feel ready to break out the Christmas lights! I love candles but I don’t trust myself to remember to blow them out so I don’t burn them very often. I hope your day stays bright, even with the dark weather outside. 🙂

      • I usually burn tealights that only burn for a couple hours, so there’s no worries about needing to remember to blow them out. 🙂

  12. I like your saying, that is how I feel every day after work before I have had time to calm down and clear my mind:)

  13. This is beautiful, it is how I like to begin a day as well…especially after something as senseless as the Paris tragedy, a new morning and break of dawn to inspire the day with hope and happiness.
