Morning Dreams

I awake

dreams of you still lingering in my mind

After pouring a warm cuppa, I go out to greet the morning

Inhaling deeply, I gaze up

a lovely crescent moon glows brightly against a soft blue morning sky

wispy clouds drift by and I feel my heart lift

Exhaling slowly, I smile

as my love and prayers are caught up and carried away on those clouds

to sail across that vast expanse of blue

over there to you

 

in my morning dreams

    The crescent moon looked like a smile or grin. I took a couple of photos of the moon last week. I had never noticed it being on the bottom of the moon. Smiles, Robin 🐦💮
