Full Moon Friday

There was a perfectly lovely moonrise last night!  So stunning that I had to stop in my tracks to gaze up at it for a while, breathing in its beauty.  Ah dusk and dawn.  Sigh…

I took out my phone to try and capture it, but as usual, I was not able to. I did manage this shot, which although it still falls quite short, it does capture some of the feels. I admit I used a filter to enhance it a bit, but only because this was more what it actually looked like to me. The colors gave me a serious case of heart eyes! 😍  I love the moon so much!

Wishing you a wonderful day and beauty that gives you heart eyes!

  4. I too love the moon. Could not see it here last night due to clouds and rain. Perhaps I can get a photo of it tonight. Never tire of the beauty of the sky above

  6. Love the red white and blue of the winter sky Jewels which your photo captures with the moon in centre position, beautiful my friend 🙂 This reminded me of walking on the beach when I lived near it years ago and seeing the distinct colours over the ocean and the steam rising from the water as the cold winter dusk air came in and this huge moon would rise up over the ocean, becoming smaller as it ascended to the heights. 🙂

  7. I love the moon as well 🙂
I’ll be out in the yard today, cleanin up winter’s muck, which would be fun to do in the beauty of moonlight, but just too cold!
