Wild Things

Where open skies stretch far as the eye can see

and wildflowers bloom, uninhibited and free

Where the earth is covered in lush hues of green

and the air in my lungs is fresh and clean

Where nature fills my senses and desire roams free

that is where I long to be

My heart yearns for the wild things

    • Almost, really? Wow, that is saying something! 😉
      Thanks Joey!
If it makes any difference, it wasn’t too hot out the day I snapped this photo, and as you can see there were plenty of clouds to keep from baking under the sun. It was actually almost perfect for a summer day. 🙂
